Our Story
Two Brothers, One Promise
Cosmos Realtor & Builders was founded in 2014 by two brothers from Karachi, Muhammad Nadir Oza (CEO) and Muhammad Nadeem Oza (Director).
We are a Memon family, born and raised in Karachi, with a strong family background in business and property. As a family business, we invested in property in DHA and in plots across many other parts of the city, long before Bahria Town. We bought, sold and invested in plots, and we built villas in DHA, learning the business from the ground up, one plot, one house and one client at a time.
We opened our first office in 2014 at Tauheed Commercial, DHA Phase 5 Karachi, working on Bahria Town Karachi from the start. In 2022 we opened our office in Bahria Town Karachi.
Our love for good buildings soon took us further. We began with a joint-venture project in Midway Commercial, then built our own: Cosmos Tower in Midway Commercial, completed in 2024, followed by Cosmos Business Tower and Cosmos Terrace Tower on Main Jinnah Avenue. Alongside these, we are also delivering a 1,000-yard partnership tower on Main Jinnah Avenue.
Who We Are
Cosmos Realtor & Builders is a real estate agency, property dealer and builder in Bahria Town Karachi and DHA Karachi. In Bahria Town, we buy inventory in bulk directly from Bahria Town and offer our clients genuine residential and commercial plots, homes, offices, shops and apartments at the right price. In DHA Karachi, we buy and sell plots and homes, and we have built villas there too.
We also build our own projects: residential apartment towers and corporate office towers in Bahria Town Karachi, including Cosmos Tower in Midway Commercial, and Cosmos Business Tower and Cosmos Terrace Tower on Main Jinnah Avenue.
For clients who want to build their own home or building, we guide them at every step, from approvals to construction. Our office is on Jinnah Avenue, Bahria Town Karachi, and our clients include families in Karachi and overseas Pakistanis in Dubai, the Gulf, the UK and the USA.
Our Vision
We believe Pakistan's real estate can do for our country what it has done for Dubai, Turkey and Europe. Around the world, property is one of the strongest ways to bring foreign investment into a country, with no interest and no conditions attached.
When overseas Pakistanis and foreign investors put their money into property at home, it does more than build buildings. It brings foreign exchange into the country, creates jobs in construction and many related industries, and plays an important role in growing Pakistan's GDP. The more investment our country attracts this way, the less it has to depend on foreign loans that come with strict conditions, conditions whose burden finally falls on ordinary people.
Our vision is to help make Pakistan's real estate trusted and strong across the region, so that overseas Pakistanis, and investors from around the world, choose to invest at home. Every rupee invested here builds a stronger economy and brings honour to Pakistan's name.
